  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Dumbbell Front Squats
  • 10 Wall Ball Targets
  • 400m on the Rowing Machine
  • 15 Devil’s Press
  • 15 Pull Ups
  • 15 Medicine Ball Sit Ups
  • 300m on the Bike
  • 20 Burpees
  • 20 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead
  • 10 Hand Release Pressups
*If you’re completing this workout with a partner, double the numbers and do it as fast as possible together!
