Work out for 1 minute, and rest for 1 minute. Complete 5 rounds of the below workout.
  • 1 minute on the Rowing Machine
  • Rest
  • 1 minute on the Ski Erg
  • Rest
  • 1 minute of Pull Ups or Lat Pull Downs
  • Rest
  • 1 minute of Kettlebell Swings
  • Rest
  • 1 minute of Burpees
Now do it all again 5 times!
*If you’re completing this workout with a partner, double the numbers and do it as fast as possible together!
