Day 12 Workout – Monday 23rd December

For the final workout of the 12-Day Challenge today, we will be hosting a LIVE Bootcamp-style workout at Pendle Leisure Centre in Colne from 9:30 to 10:30am. Everyone is welcome to join but you must book your place first! *Please note that the live bootcamp workout will be different to the below workout alternative.

But don’t worry if you can’t make it to today’s live workout! Here’s the Day 12 workout that you can do in our gyms at any time today. Complete the below with 1, 2 or even 3 rounds! (depending on your fitness level)

  • 1 Devil’s Press
  • 2 Pull-ups or Lat Pull Downs
  • 3 Burpees
  • 4 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead
  • 5 Wall ball Sit-ups
  • 6 Kettlebell Swings
  • 7 Calories on the Ski Erg
  • 8 Dumbbell Front Squats
  • 9 Calories on the Rowing Machine
  • 10 hand Release Press Ups
  • 11 Calories on the Bike
  • 12 Wall Ball Targets
*If you’re completing this workout with a partner, double the numbers and do it as fast as possible together!
