Pendle Leisure Trust win big at this year’s MEA awards
Pendle Leisure Trust are delighted to announce that for the 3rd year running, they have won big at this year’s MEA awards by winning Operator of the Year.
The MEA Awards recognise and reward health and fitness clubs, leisure centres, gyms, and golf clubs across the globe for their delivery of excellent member experiences.
They collate the NPS Net Promoter Score of all the centres customers and Pendle Leisure Trusts were the best in the world for the prestigious Operator of the Year award, collated across its four centres that Pendle Leisure Trust manage which are:
West Craven Sports Centre, Barnoldswick
Pendle Leisure Centre, Colne
Pendle Wavelengths, Nelson
Seedhill Athletics and Fitness Centre, Nelson.
Luke Allwood – Health & Fitness Manager at Pendle Leisure Trust – said, ‘”I’m absolutely delighted to win this award, my colleagues and I really pride ourselves on providing the best experience possible, we have won MEA awards previously, but winning Operator of the Year is as big as it gets.”
Quammer Iqbal – Operations Manager for Pendle Leisure Trust – said, “We’re so excited to receive this award as it just proves how hard we work as a team, making sure our gym users get the best customer experience possible. Having recently undergone a large investment project across the four centres, this accolade from our customers is a great endorsement that we’re doing so well.,
