Freeze Form

If you want a break from exercise or have a medical problem, Pendle Leisure Trust offers its members the chance to freeze their membership free of charge

Please note that memberships can only be put on freeze for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months in 1-month blocks (medical exceptions may apply). These requests must be made in advance of the freeze start date where possible
