All our four gyms across Pendle offer outstanding facilities in a welcoming, positive and inspiring environment.
You’ll be using high-quality, effective equipment which has been chosen and endorsed by our experienced and qualified instructors and fitness professionals. Whether you are looking to build lean muscle, improve your cardio fitness, increase your flexibility and strength or simply just get moving a bit more than before, you will find equipment and apparatus to fulfil every fitness need and interest.
We believe that keeping exercise varied, interesting and fun is key to establishing it as part of your routine and to maintain motivation. It’s for that reason that each of our four gyms in Pendle offer way more than just rows of treadmills – you will find a good range of exercise stations, a wide variety of equipment, regularly updated creative challenges and inspirational and well informed instructors to give ideas and suggestions to help you regardless of your goals and reasons for being at the gym.
And you will always be offered a warm welcome and expert advice from our professional and qualified instructors who are always on-hand to offer support, guidance, motivation and reassurance – meaning you get to your fitness goals quicker.
If you are new to using a gym, our qualified instructors are more than happy to spend however long is needed as part of your induction to ensure you feel as happy, comfortable and confident as possible.
If you feel you would like that bit of extra direction and structure, our gym memberships come with a free induction session with an instructor to set up an exercise programme to give focus to your workouts and to improve your chances of success. This programme is regularly reviewed to ensure your motivation stays!
Sessions are creative and varied, meaning from one week to the next you are walking into a new challenge and something you may not have experienced before. This is a great way to keep motivation high and certainly beats spending time on a treadmill!
You will be encouraged to go at your own pace, so you won’t be put off by the idea that everyone else will be ‘better’ or fitter than you. Everyone works hard, but everybody works to their own levels of capability and fitness. So whether you’re semi-professional triathlete or just starting your fitness journey, you’ll get a work out that’s perfect for you.
In a bid to reach your goals, all our sessions are carefully crafted by our knowledgeable and passionate instructors; meaning you are challenged and developed in a way that might not happen if you train solo in a gym.
One of the massive benefits of booking on to a class rather than using the gym is that it then becomes an appointment for you to attend. Rather than ‘hoping to get to the gym’, you now have a class to attend and physiologically that can be a huge difference – especially on those days when perhaps you need that bit of extra encouragement to get exercising!
