Pendle Wavelengths has been the home of swimming, fitness and family fun in Pendle since 1989!

Our unique pyramid roof in the centre of Nelson has become a landmark in the local area, and we are proud to offer so many leisure facilities and services for our local community.

Swimming Pool

We’re arguably most famous for our roof-high waterslide and exhilarating wave machine, along with our ‘beach style’ shallow end, bringing you the ultimate in family fun swimming for all ages.

Our beachside diner offers a variety of drinks, meals and healthy snacks meaning you can really make a day of it!

Gym

Our modern, vibrant training facility hosts top of the range cardio, resistance and functional training equipment.

We are proud to offer an empowering, inclusive, fun fitness experience with a full team of qualified exercise professionals on hand to help you achieve your individual training goals.

From the complete beginner to the experienced athlete Pendle Leisure Plus provide an unbeatable fitness experience for all.

Studio Classes

We have a wide range of fitness classes for everyone – regardless of your age, that covers a whole range of fitness levels; from High Energy and Conditioning to improve strength, balance, flexibility and toning.

Our Dance-based classes are amazing fun, full of energy and require no dancing experience whilst the Holistic classes are a blend of fitness and relaxation, and being low impact are perfect for older people looking to live a healthier lifestyle, as well as water-based Aqua fitness classes, which are low impact on the body but highly effective and perfect for all ages

Spa

Pendle Wavelengths is also home to Inside Spa – Pendle’s only thermal suite offering a place of total relaxation and a full menu of body and beauty treatments all under one roof.
